Junior High (Grades 7-9) equivalent to JSS 1-3, Key Stage 3 Cambridge Check PointSenior High (Grades 10 -12) equivalent to SSS 1 – 3, GCE Cambridge O Levels, or by request NECO JSCE.Lifeforte High offers a comprehensive program with a wide range of subjects in line with the kind of knowledge the best educational systems provide children all over the world. Our students sit for GCE Cambridge (O level) Examinations, for which we have had excellent results where 90-95% of the students fielded achieve A-C ratings on a 5 point scale. Consequently, the Curriculum, Syllabus and Scheme of Work are geared towards preparing the children for these examinations. On request children are offered classes in line with the 6-3-3-4 curriculum approved for Junior and Senior Secondary schools in Nigeria.
A Level (GCE Cambridge)
Beyond obtaining three A level passes as a key to securing a university admission our A level gives you a sixth form experience that opens the door for an opportunity to have a broader base in your learning. There is a current trend among universities to consider issues other than grades as a criterion for admission. Participation in sporting activities, membership of clubs, award schemes and enterprise groups ensure opportunities for a broad education. Thus, our sixth form programme presents you with opportunities to maintain breadth in your curriculum, and a wide range of options in order to find new interests and test your limits, to encourage good study habits to help you sustain independence in studying and secure admission into top level universities. Throughout the A level programme there will be a number of days organized by the Careers and the University Advice Department to give students opportunities to find out more about life after college and on applications to United Kingdom and American Universities.
